If consent is given, the recording may not be shared or published in any form.<\/li><li>The consultation must stay within the topic the client specifies when booking.<\/li><li>The consultation concerns academic and scholarly matters within Dr. Yousef&#039;s specialization and research fields only.<\/li><li>The appointment may need to be rescheduled, by mutual agreement, in case of an emergency.<\/li><li>A refund and cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of booking, provided the session has not taken place before then. No refund may be requested in any other case.<\/li><li>The consultation is a scholarly opinion. It is not a fatwa, nor legal, medical or psychological advice, and Dr. Yousef bears no responsibility for decisions the client makes on its basis.<\/li><li>If the client is late, the delay is deducted from the session time. If the client does not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is considered held.<\/li><li>Dr. Yousef may end the session, without a refund, if it departs from its topic or from the bounds of respect.<\/li><li>The client is responsible for their own connection and device.
