الشروط والأحكام لاستخدام الموقع

تحدد هذه الصفحة شروط استخدام موقع الدكتور يوسف أبو عواد، وآلية معالجة المدفوعات، وسياسة الخصوصية المتبعة في جمع البيانات الشخصية وحمايتها.
1) القبول بالشروط
باستخدامك هذا الموقع أو الوصول إليه، فإنك تقرّ بقراءة هذه الشروط وفهمها والموافقة على الالتزام بها. إذا لم توافق على أي جزء منها، يُرجى الامتناع عن استخدام الموقع.
2) معالجة معلومات الدفع عبر PayPal وغيره
قد يتم جمع ومعالجة معلومات الدفع الخاصة بك عبر PayPal و/أو عبر مزوّدي دفع آخرين (مثل Paddle) بحسب وسيلة الدفع التي تختارها وتوفرها وقت الشراء.
عند استخدام PayPal، تتم معالجة بيانات الدفع (وقد تشمل بيانات البطاقة عند الدفع بالبطاقة عبر PayPal) داخل بيئة PayPal الآمنة/الحقول المستضافة الخاصة بها ووفق المعايير الأمنية المعمول بها، وتكون PayPal مسؤولة عن حماية معلومات الدفع أثناء المعالجة ضمن أنظمتها.
وعند استخدام مزود دفع آخر (مثل Paddle)، تتم معالجة بيانات الدفع داخل أنظمة ذلك المزوّد، ويكون هو المسؤول عن حماية معلومات الدفع أثناء المعالجة ضمن منصته.
لا يقوم هذا الموقع بتخزين أرقام البطاقات أو رموز الأمان (CVV) على خوادمه، ولا يعالجها مباشرة.
3) سياسة الخصوصية
نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها، مثل بيانات الحساب الأساسية ومعلومات التواصل وسجلات الوصول لأغراض أمنية. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لطرف ثالث. قد نشارك بعض البيانات مع مزودي الخدمات (مثل الاستضافة وتحليلات الأداء والبريد الإلكتروني) بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الموقع والامتثال للقانون. يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها وفق القوانين المطبقة. قد نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) وتقنيات مماثلة لتحسين تجربتك؛ يمكنك إدارة التفضيلات من إعدادات المتصفح.

تُفسَّر هذه الشروط وتُحكَم وفق قوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ويكون الاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم الأردنية ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.

When using another payment provider (such as Paddle), payment data is processed within that provider’s systems, and that provider is responsible for protecting payment information during processing on its platform.
This website does not store card numbers or security codes (CVV) on its servers and does not process them directly.
